New Zealand. That’s how far Elevate Church’s virtual ministry has reached. Early one morning at 2:00 AM, our prayer team sent an email to Marie with scripture verses and words of encouragement. We have been praying for her and her family for two years. Even though it was late at night, Marie responded back. We were curious where Marie lived so we asked. We had never asked her before. We found out it was 5pm in New Zealand. We were surprised and excited at the distance the ministry went! We knew we had Facebook friends from different states and countries including Santiago, a young man from Veracruz, Mexico that shares scripture verses on our Facebook page in Spanish. We just didn’t realize how far Elevate’s reach truly was. We thank God for the impact Elevate has had with people across many states and continents. Our plan is to continue our virtual ministry and work to increase the numbers of people we reach with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
